3 c Milk 3 c Water 1 ea Cinnamon stick (1-in long) 5 ea Cardamom pods 6 tb Sugar 6 tb Coffee, regular grind Combine water and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cinnamon, cardamom pods, sugar and coffee into boiling liquid in saucepan. Stir a few times and boil over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes. Make sure it does not boil over. Strain coffee through cheesecloth into another pan. Place coffee over heat and bring to a boil. Pour coffee between two pans until thick and creamy. Serve in cups immediately.

Grapefruit slices - cut in quarters Salt 3/4 c Grapefruit juice 6 oz Tequila 2 oz Triple sec 2 c Cracked ice Moisten rims of cocktail glasses with cut grapefruit. Swirl in mound of salt to coat edges. Combine grapefruit juice, tequila, triple sec and cracked ice in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses. Place a grapefruit quarter on each rim.

1 ea Lime; Cut Into Halves 1 x Granulated Sugar 3 c Cracked Ice 1/4 c Powdered Sugar 1 c Tequila 6 oz Frozen Orange Juice; * * Use 1 6-ounce can of thawed frozen concentrate. ~————————————————————————- Rub rims of 4 stemmed glasses with 1 line half; dip rims of glasses in granulated sugar. Squeeze juice from both lime halves into blender container. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed until foamy.
